In 2022, Fecit Antiques and Estates attained and continues to hold professional certification in the prestigious “American Society of Estate Liquidators” as an Accredited Estate Liquidator which means you are working with the best in the industry!
We are licensed and fully insured to provide you with complete peace of mind. We also love our employees and have them covered with Workman’s Compensation insurance which brings peace of mind to our clients.
Unlike others, we do not charge any fees to our customers for credit card use – encouraging customers to buy more with their cards! And, we take care of collecting and paying the sales tax!

What We Do
By selecting Fecit Antiques and Estates, it’s as easy as handing over the key and letting us do the work.
We have handled hundreds of sales and have this business down to a science. We know how to price accordingly and research items quickly.
Once we execute a contract, our team gets to work immediately to photograph the items included in the estate sale. The advertising process starts right away for maximum exposure for the sale. Experience shows the more exposure online the better the sale result.
Our team advertises the sale on EstateSales.net; Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and Instagram. We are original in our marketing with our AI technology – a very successful marketing tool. We have an extensive list of buyers and dealers and our extensive advertising and marketing always insures a good crowd.
We use street signs during the sale to help draw in new customers and help direct our existing customers to us.

We are original and differ from other estate sale companies in that we offer your items for sale online prior to the onsite sale and allow by-appointment shoppers while the home is being prepared for the sale. We want to insure the we get our clients the maximum exposure for their items and our team transforms the home through setup and staging of the items for sale. We will stage the estate sale, so that items being sold are displayed in the best possible manner to attract buyers and promote the effective liquidation of the assets. Our client and customers often remark how beautiful our staging is.
We believe in complete transparency in all transactions. We are original with our POS system and our pricing of items. We utilize barcodes on all of your items and scan the items at our checkout allowing for electronic sales reporting for our clients in an instant. From $1 to $1,000+, you will have an accounting of your items. Customers love the barcode / scan system as the checkout lines move very quickly.

I was very overwhelmed in dealing with my mother’s estate and worried that no one would come to an estate sale at her remote location. I had already been rejected by one company due to the location, but fortunately, after speaking to Karen, of Fecit Antiques and Estates, I was relieved that she was so willing to come out and conduct our estate sale. Karen and her crew worked very diligently before the sale to set everything up and once they had everything on display in the house before the sale, I was very impressed. Also, my mother had a lot, I mean lots of stuff, so again, much of it in boxes and they willingly went through and priced and sorted everything, and seemed very organized. I was thrilled at the turnout and probably over a 100 people or more came out that first weekend to the sale despite my mother’s house being in a very rural location. Furthermore, we sold almost everything. All the big items were sold and just a relatively few items were left which I donated.
